The bathrooms sport a nice design, which stands out amid other issues. The yoga class may not be free, but it offers a rejuvenating experience.

That funky smell in the bathroom from the pipes. Dust bunnies roamed freely in the room, and the walls felt more like they were sporting a mold collection than paint. Breakfast? A cold buffet that leaves a lot to be desired. Better to dig in elsewhere. Plus, the lack of cleaning after the first day turned tidy into messy in record time.

Its staff are helpful and competent.

The hotel is fairly clean, has views of the lake. The room is comfortable and amazing and essentials you need, including a TV set and a kitchenette area, is right there. The nice onsite bar serves cool drinks...

The stay was primarily to explore the beautiful Gerês area, and the location was perfect for that. I appreciated the clean pool and the fun space for kids, which made it a nice family-friendly spot. There was direct access to walkways leading to nearby attractions like the fluvial beach and Cascata do Arado. The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better, and I found the dining options quite basic, especially since the restaurant wasn't open for lunch.

The service is great, includes private parking. The a double room is unique and has netflix and a kitchen area😀😃

The outdoor relaxation spaces were a great escape.

While the location is scenic, it was quite hard to get around without a car. The food quality at the restaurant was disappointing, with slow service that overshadowed it. It felt frustrating to navigate the hotel's check-in process, misled by their emphasis on using the app when in reality, the in-person check-in took just moments.

I really wanted to like this place, but the bathroom smelled horrible and the cleaning was subpar, like can someone even take out a feather duster? The icing on the cake was charging for yoga sessions, which should definitely be complimentary . I almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't, honestly.

the hotel offered fine views by the water and was perfectly situated a short walk from amazing spots like the miradouro da pedra bela and the cascata do arado, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer during my weekend getaway.

The location is fine, right by the river with space to chill by a cozy fire. The room was cleaned daily and had a great air-conditioning setup to beat the summer heat. Oh, and the yoga sessions were a nice touch for rejuvenating mornings!

The breakfast was not worth €9, the buffet was a bit of a letdown, with cold scrambled eggs & mushrooms that screamed instant coffee.

I loved the charming little apartment but the showerhead was really annoying.

I stayed in a Glamping Tent for 2 nights and it was super cozy! The heater worked perfectly. The vibe was relaxed, and I loved that we had space to chill with the lake views. The outdoor kitchen was a nice touch too, although I wish it was slightly cleaner. A comfy place and the morning yoga was an awesome bonus!

I enjoyed rejuvenating yoga sessions in the morning light, it really helped reset my mind. The evenings were perfect around the enchanting bonfires, sharing stories with fellow travelers, seemed like a breath of fresh air.

It wasn't inexpensive , but still manageable for what it offered.

Strongly recommend for a budget stay

Comfortable room, pleasant atmosphere, with a clean pool to enjoy after a day of exploring the scenic walks near the river and the friendly staff, made our stay enjoyable.

Everything exceeded my hopes.
